What is it? It’s an animal balloon tying team building activity that combines, creativity, team building, and basic step-by-step rule following to create a totally unique, wildly fun, and highly effective team building experience.
It’s basically a judged contest to create balloon sculptures as teams. But Brad Montgomery ramps up the fun by adding some out-of-the-box creativity to make the process fun. Your people will have to open a Box of Cracker Jacks, brainstorm a sculpture that meets the requirements, and then finally execute the sculpture as a team.
